Nanostructured polymer materials exhibit improved optical and mechanical properties. We have succeeded in fabricating polymer nanoalloys using commercialized materials for the first time. The domains with size of less then 50nm are homogenously dispersed in polymer matrix. Such polymer nanoalloy not only exhibits the excellent optical properties, but also shows significantly improved mechanical properties as compared with the microalloy counterpart.
