Surface interface of confined polymer

Properties of polymers depend crucially on phase behaviors. In the case of confinement, however, these behaviors are dominated in a different way due to the existence of surface/interface and unsymmetrical environment compare to bulk. In addition, surface/interface tension play more and more important role when the confined size is comparable with characteristic size of phase behaviors. Therefore, it would be useful for material design if we can control the interplay between them.
