个人简介：

    沈汉明教授，现任澳门大学健康科学学院讲座教授和副院长（教学）。他于1985年和1988年在浙江医科大学获得医学学士和硕士学位，1996年在新加坡国立大学获得博士学位。在新加坡国立大学和美国国立癌症研究所(NCI)进行了博士后训练。曾在新加坡国立大学医学院担任助理教授、副教授和正教授。其主要研究领域为细胞自噬与肿瘤细胞生物学。至今，他已发表学术论文250余篇，并在国际权威杂志Autophagy担任副主编，同时还是多本著名SCI杂志的学术编辑。

报告简介：

      Mitophagy refers to selective form of autophagy via which damaged mitochondria are cleared via the autophagy-lysosome pathway. Mitophagy is one key aspect of mitochondrial quality control (MQC) and is closely implicated in health and disease such as neurodegenerative disorders, cancer and aging. In this presentation, I will discuss some of our recent work on the novel regulatory mechanisms of mitophagy, in particularly in PINK1-Parkin-mediated mitophagy and discuss the functional role in MQC.
